Grilled peach with mascarpone, pistachios and a bit of honey. A perfect summer dessert made on the barbecue or a hot grill pan. Easy, delicious and very quick to make.
Grilled peach is best when using ripe fruit (not soft or overripe). When ripe, the fruit is full of sugar which intensifies the flavours and gives nice caramelized stripes.
If you haven’t got peaches use nectarines instead.
Serve with a glass of homemade plum schnapps. The schnapss is perfect with this dessert, or any kind of dessert, so if you haven’t done it already go ahead.
